For non-life-threatening urgent matters – please call me, especially before going to an urgent care or emergency room as I may be able to help you avoid these visits or facilitate care if urgent care is needed. If I do not answer immediately, I am likely with a patient. Please text your medical concern using the Spruce app and follow up with a call if I do not respond in a timely manner.

After enrolling at Dr. Sally Pediatrics, you will receive an invitation from Elation Health for your Patient Passport inviting you to create an account. Patient Passport allows you to access all medical information/history, charts, appointments + more! If need the link re-sent to you, please text the office number requesting access to your Patient Passport Portal.

Using this account, you can book appointments using the link to the self-scheduling platfor found within your Patient Passport Portal . Alternatively, you can use the button below to access the self-scheduling platform!
